Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier’s operations. Generally, orders are delivered within 2-5 business days.

Shipping costs and delivery details are clearly stated during the checkout process.

Our company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

RETURN POLICY

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
– Unused
– In its original packaging
– In resalable condition

To initiate a return, the customer must contact us through our communication channels.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 3-7 business days, depending on the payment method used.

Used, damaged, or non-resalable products are not eligible for return.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, the return shipping cost will be covered by our company. Otherwise, the return shipping cost may be the responsibility of the customer.
