DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This agreement is concluded electronically between the seller and the buyer.

SELLER:
MorgenCraft

BUYER:
The person who places the order through the website. The buyer’s information is based on the details provided during the order process.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the buyer through the seller’s website.

3. PRODUCT AND PAYMENT

The type, quantity, price, and payment method of the product(s) are as stated on the order page.

The buyer agrees to pay the total amount using the available payment methods on the website.

4. DELIVERY

The product(s) will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer during the order process.

Delivery time may vary depending on the product availability and shipping conditions.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.

6. CONDITIONS WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that:
– Have been used
– Are damaged
– Are not in resalable condition
– Are customized or made specifically for the buyer

7. RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

The buyer must contact the seller before returning the product.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 3-7 business days depending on the payment method.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws.

Courts and enforcement offices of the seller’s location are authorized.
