DELIVERY TERMS

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

International orders are delivered within an estimated 8-24 business days, depending on the destination country and the shipping carrier’s operations.

Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, public holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs and delivery details are clearly shown during the checkout process. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, international shipping costs are included in the product price.

Morgen Craft is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

RETURN POLICY

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

– Unused
– In its original packaging
– In resalable condition
– Complete with all accessories, parts, and packaging materials, if applicable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 3-7 business days, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.

Used, damaged, incomplete, customized, or non-resalable products are not eligible for return.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly delivered, the customer must contact Morgen Craft within 24 hours of delivery.

The customer should provide clear photos of:

– The packaging
– The shipping label
– The damaged or incorrect area

After review, Morgen Craft may offer a refund, replacement, or further return instructions in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Product exchanges are not offered as a standard service. Customers who wish to receive a different product should request a return and place a new order.
