This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all purchases made through Morgen Craft.

1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Custom-made or personalized products (including items featuring names, dates, or custom designs) are not eligible for return.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be unused,

  • Be undamaged,

  • Be in a resellable condition,

  • Include all original packaging and accessories.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective:

  • The customer must inform Morgen Craft within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Photographs of the product and its packaging may be required for assessment.

  • Following review, the product will be replaced or refunded according to the customer’s preference.

4. Shipping Costs (Returns & Exchanges)

  • All shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Morgen Craft does not cover shipping fees for any return or exchange request.

This applies regardless of the reason for the return or exchange.

5. Return Process

  1. Submit your request to morgenncraft@gmail.com

  2. Upon approval, return instructions and the shipping address will be provided.

  3. After the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  4. Refunds are issued through the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

6. Exchange Process

Exchanges may be requested within the 14-day period and are subject to product availability.
The exchange procedure follows the same steps as the return process.
All exchange shipping fees are borne by the customer.

7. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made products,

  • Used, damaged, or modified items,

  • Items returned after the 14-day period.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our wooden products, natural variations in texture, grain, or color are normal and not considered defects.
